About Me
I am a certified Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master and Crystal Healer at The Wellness Point. I studied at the John Harvey Gray Center for Reiki Healing in New Hampshire. My reiki lineage is as follows:

I am a former high school English teacher turned stay-at-home-mom. I decided to step away from public school teaching in order to help others outside the classroom on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. In the future, I plan on becoming a Reiki Master Teacher so I can share my passion for energy healing with students of all ages.
Lastly, I am a runner, weight lifter, and triathlete. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, learning herbalism, and being with my family.
